Welcome to Craft Schooling Sunday! Can't wait to see what everyone has been up to this week! There are some really inspiring projects to share from last week, but I've got to go make a birthday cake for my son's party in school tomorrow, so I'll be back shortly to feature them. In the meantime, if you happen to drop by, please share your latest projects below.
I'm back, the cakes are out of the oven but now it's really late, so I'm going to get right to the point and share some of the wonderful creativity from last week. Are you ready?
If you're feeling especially handy, so head on over to the frugaldesigner for plans on how to make these tables, (photos from Crate and Barrel.) And if you're feeling crafty, but not that handy, so whip up some cardboard furniture like whimsygirl did to make a welcoming guest area in her basement! And if you're feeling crafty, but would like to work on a smaller scale, so how about heading on over to sweetlittlesmoothie, and learn how to make some balls covered in colorful cord from the dollar store?
I just love this no-sew ribbon flower from V&Co. And this floor pillow from 3punkmom is too cute for words and comes with a great tutorial! Don't walk, run on over to check this one out!
I just love the detailing on these retro dish towels from sew4home and I think they'd work so nicely in a kitchen with a cute vintage-feel quilled paper picture from justmesumi, love it!
Christine from lavenderlimes made these sweet votive holders to brighten up her table, and head on over to prudentbaby, where the sewing machines are whirring, for a great pleated purse tutorial.
I'm now happy to say that I finally understand just what a rag quilt is, thanks to raggygirlvintage and we could really use a cute belt holder like this around our house, thanks to dittledattle for sharing! And now, if you're still with me, it's time to start the week with more inspiration!
