Wow, wow, wow! Thanks so much to all of you who linked up last week, it was an amazing party, full of wonderful projects! And in fact I'm featuring just a few more than the ten that I usually limit myself to, because well, I just have to. And that is the good part about being the boss here at creativejewishmom.com! Thanks so much for stopping by, and looking forward once again to this crafty international gathering. By the way, last week we had contributers from Poland, New Zealand, England, The Netherlands, South Africa, The United States, Canada, France, Israel, and Macedonia! Love it.
My friend Aunt Peaches never disappoints, and I'm so happy to finally get a glimple of her book page wall! Amazing right? And guess what, you can even do it in a rental since those pages are simply attached with low tack tape, like painter's tape! And we have a new contributor by the name of Camille, from family chic, whom I truly hope we'll be seeing more of, since she's got some great projects up her sleeve including these clever lamp shade bowls!
I have never made a softie, and these three are certainly tempting! On the far left, Lilla A. Design made this adorable one loosely based on one of her daughter's drawings. Too sweet! And the little pixie doll softie in the middle is adorable, and you can find the pattern and tutorial over at red ted art. And this crocheted granny cat from little woolie? Can't get enough, love the colors and especially since it matches that gorgeous granny square blanket.
I just love these simple paper pine trees from morgan made it, I've been on the verge of making some all week! And this lovely little wreath that Carolyn from Carolyn's Homework made using the cardboard tube piece from a finished roll of tape, wow. But wait, the best part is that she made the flowers from "ribbon" that she made herself by dying strips of ripped cotton fabric with food coloring. Pure genius.
Sara in Akko painted this super sweet canvas wall mural to serve as a backdrop for her kid's patisserie play set! Great idea. And these cookies, yes, they're edible and would be super for Purim, don't you think? Thanks to Amanda over at Amanda's cookin.
Maya from little treasures is back again this week with another great crocheted necklace, this time a braided lariat embellished with crocheted flowers! And can't stop making things made this elegant decoupaged pendant using a vintage chandelier crystal, how great is that?
Love this sweet kid's birdhouse craft from Kathy over at nurture store! And what's doing with se7en? Well, believe it or not they made an entry for The Scrapbook Project, a traveling scrapbook exhibit where people can look at the thousands of entries. Very impressive and a great idea to do it with her kids. Check her whole project out for some great inspiration, here.
And now, it's time to see what you've been up to this week! Thanks so much for sharing and please link back to the party at the end of your post. Thanks so much!
