Welcome to Craft Schooling Sunday, and thanks so much to all of you who made last week's party so very inspiring! And a warm welcome to all those new faces at the party, it's so wonderful to see the party growing and reaching so many interesting places around the world. And now, without further delay, here are those features that we all look forward to!
First on the list, two beyond adorable projects in similar color combinations that are just perfect. From lilly cakes, a wonderful project anytime, a match book locket! And I just love this crocheted cotton ear flap hat from aesthetic nest, too cute for words!
Lilla A. is back this week with this simply wonderful ocean in a bottle project, and The Fab Miss B. made these adorable little spring baskets from toilet paper tubes, the perfect little party favor basket, don't you think?
I just love mini eco's beautifully simplistic and modern touch on everything she does, including this really wonderful paper rain cloud mobile. And this little dress, another creation by aesthetic nest. And if you're not a big sewer, you could certainly use this idea to add a ruffle to an existing dress, or pillow, or curtain, or bedspread....ruffles look great everywhere!
An embroidered felt tuna can pin cushion from wee folk art? Yes indeed! Brilliant and lovely and the kind of project that's not too ambitious to actually finish. And this crafty "dragon tail" necklace from michele made me, wouldn't it be perfect for every fair maiden? I'd love to see it in some other colors too, thanks Michele!
Amanda over at Crafts by Amanda has been on a serious roll (ha ha) with the toilet paper tube creations lately, so it's about time that I give her feature here with these adorable additions to her farm animal series. And this collage of crayon rubbings from art 4 little hands is a wonderful creative exercise that one could do around the house or on a walk.
