Wishing you all a joyous, light filled Hanukkah! Tonight we lit the first candle, and are looking forward to seven more nights of festivities! I did manage to crochet my traditional gift pouches/gelt bags for the whole family, which I hope to photograph tomorrow and share with you, and I will be continuing to add to our festivities with small projects throughout the week.
My DIY baby block menorah was created a few years ago, but I thought I'd share it with you as a male reader just commented that I'd called the pieces holding the candles bolts, when in fact they are nuts, silly me. And so very cute that it took three Hanukkah seasons for anyone to actually correct me!
All the very best, and may we merit to bring light in to all the darkness in our world, through the lighting of the Hanukkah menorah, which in itself is a celebration of overcoming obstacles!
