Here's a super simple ice cream sandwich dessert that's so simple to make, even the kids can do it, and with good results. Okay not exactly perfect machine made results, but I love the fact that they look homemade and imperfect. We'll be enjoying these over the Rosh HaShana holiday coming up shortly, and hoping for a sweet new year!
How To:
Let your ice cream soften, ours was soft enough after a walk home from the store. Cut sections of ice cream with a knife and place onto one bisquit. Place second bisquit on top and smush down, evening off the sides that squish out with your finger or a knife. Dip in a bowl of sprinkles and freeze!
