The crocheted coasters I shared with you here, earlier in the week were just too cute, so I had to make some for myself too. This time I went with a slightly different and possibly just a bit more sophisticated look, and crocheting two rows of topstitching together results in a raised chenille-like look!
As you can see I experimented with crocheting the slip stitch rows on top of the double crochet rows to create a set of coasters that are not exactly the same, which I love. And yes there was a fourth coaster, which I had not applied any design to, but I needed that tiny bit of yarn to complete the last row of another even more exciting project! Of course I'll share that with you soon, not to worry, just need a little bit of time to work on my photography, sigh.
