Drawstring burlap pouches silk-screened with a design, or not, can make great inexpensive gift pouches to use as party favors or for impromptu gift giving. Just add a fun tag, in my case some doodle fish tags for Purim mishloach manot, fill up the bag with gifts of any kind and voila, a great looking little gift package is born!
I love the colors of these little pouches and they were perfect for out little deep sea fisherman to give out on Purim day....he toted them around in his fishing bucket!
And what were these pouches filled with? Well, a tiny can of tuna, fish shaped crackers, fish shaped gummy candies, and a mini bottle of grape juice, plus some small candies and lollipops that I put in at the end. I love the idea of having a little theme, and hoping to get an earlier start on our Purim gift packages next year so that I can actually share it with you before Purim?
