Spring is here, but something just a little cheerful to keep the neck warm on cooler days and nights can still be a great addition to any transitional wardrobe! And in just a few hours, or even less, if you go for a short scarf, you can whip up this double crochet "mosaic" scarf. It would make a great little gift for a loved one, and this one was designed and made with my 8 year old niece in mind who requested something with pastel colors.
This is a great pattern for beginners, or something quick and satisfying for more advanced crocheters, and with the detailing that I've added, the finished product can look truly fabulous!
This pattern is now available in my Etsy shop here. Happy crocheting, a great excuse not to be spring cleaning, or Pesach cleaning!
And when you buy a crochet pattern you are supporting not just me, but truthfully all the crocheters out there that generously give free patterns. I myself buy patterns now and then, even if I think I could figure it out myself, because time is precious and $5.50 is certainly worth having someone else work out all the kinks so that you can just get to work!
