If you are looking for a fun take-along crochet project and weaving in tons of ends doesn't faze you, so do give this two row crocheted hexagon pattern a try! I joined them by crocheting them together during the second row. I really thought I was following the pattern, but I see that mine has a less crisp, feathery-edged hexagon which I actually really like. Hmm, that part of the pattern wasn't very clear to me so I just sort of improvised I guess. You can also choose to sew them or crochet them together after they are complete for a different look.
This project, is fortunately almost complete, so I'm not going to spoil the surprise, but I will say that patterns like this are very time consuming on account of all the color changes and ends to weave in. Nonetheless, you can't get this look any other way, so maybe take on a small project to work on here and there!
