Welcome to Craft Schooling Sunday, thanks so much for joining me here! With summer in full swing, now is the time to get crafting. Okay, maybe not for all of us, as here at CJM headquarters I am neck deep in design work and renovations in our home, which is why there has been a noticable lack of crafting going on, but such is life! Ever decided to clear out an entire floor of your home so that you can turn it into a vacation rental, for at least while you are on vacation? Wow, a huge job and our house looks really really scary at the moment, but of course it will all get cleaned up as it just has to! Truthfully after living in our home 11 1/2 years and raising kids from toddlers to teens we really do have an excess of items to clear out, and looking forward to knowing that at least one floor of my house is perfectly organized, can't wait! And of course I'm dreaming up all kinds of fun DIY artwork and wall treatments which will happen at some point (if not in the next month) and will make it to the blog, so stay tuned. In the mean time, lets get inspired by all the lovely contributions from last week's party:
A great looking DIY hexigon table from the handy man's daughter.
Check out this chicken wire lampshade from Penny's treasures, which is just a small part of her greenhouse summer decorating, namely in the winter it is for plants, and in the summer for entertaining!
A great looking kitchen makeover with blue bottom cabinets from rain on a tin roof.
Gorgeous DIY flower box from the scrap shoppe blog.
Fun crocheted granny beanie in your favorite team' colors from frau tschi tschi.
Love this stencilled pouch for kid's collections from the scrap shoppe blog.
A DIY father's day grill apron from celebrating everyday life, great for mother's day too......just in case anyone is offended, but hey, I appreciate my husband doing the cooking at least once in awhile, and I have no desire to start grilling.
Embroidered dragon fly t-shirt from howling at the moon, and mango ice pops from howling at the moon.
A fun birthday party craft, troll hair flip flops, or fairy flip flops, or unicorn flip flops, however you call it it is fun and quick and colorful, from dazzle while frazzled. That is it for the features, what have you been up to?
