This past summer we has the great pleasure of, once again, enjoying another successful airbnb vacation rental. I will say that I really do my homework before reserving, and this really pays off. Renting someone's personal home is always a bit of a risk, and can be strange, but in this case the home was clean, the bathrooms and kitchens spotless, and we loved the overall feel. You can check out this rental on Kibbutz Harduf here,
My goal was to explore something new, and really feel like we had stepped into another world, while only an hour or so from home, and this rental did just that! Not to mention that the house was full of waldorf style crafts, which I will be sharing with you, and that the kibbutz itself has stunning views, is wonderful for walking and the people were very friendly! Okay, lets take a closer look!
Above: The kibbutz lifestyle encouraged togetherness, so in many cases you park your car in a parking area and then walk along a path to the house. I do love not seeing cars outside the front door!
Above: I fell in love with the view from the master bedroom, and the eco-pool and deck below......
Above: More of that special view looking towards Haifa, with the Monk's Mill and the Tzippori River Tayelet mid photo.
Above: Enjoy the shade under the grapevine, ahhhh
Above: Check out the little bee hives, and enjoy some of the honey left on the kitchen table to sample!
Above: The house is hard to photograph, this is from the dirt trail just below the house, a lovely place to sit, and walk!
Above: The kitchen doors and master bedroom porch
Above: Just up the dirt road below the house, a wonderful outlook.....
Above: And one last look at that stunning view from the master bedroom, wow.
Thanks Kibbutz Harduf, it was great getting to know you!
