Welcome to Craft Schooling Sunday, thanks for joining me here! Tomorrow, shabbat, will be 2 weeks since the horrific terrorist attack and ensuing war, and while life will never be the same, we really have no choice but to try and resume our "normal" activities as much as possible. Since I don't have any school age children (who in my area are learning by phone or zoom) my daily life is less impacted, but with war planes overhead, like just now, I certainly can not forget the situation. Needless to say, at a time like this, acts of creativity that bring joy into the world are worthwhile and a great thing to do, not to mention therapeutic. So do make time to pursue a craft or make some art, and lets take a look at the features from last week's party for a little inspiration! (Of course you could always choose to raise some chickens as well?)
Vintage sentimental recipe art from sum of their stories, and how to etch and color the etching, from try it like it.
Wonderful knit cardigan by kiku corner from a pattern by Andi Satterland, and a look at how just 3 pillows can bring joy to the everyday, from it all started with paint.
An update from the chicken coop from homemade on a weeknight, and a free stuffed pumpkin pattern from a rose tinted world.
DIY hawthorne berry jelly, from Ginx craft, looks amazing!
That is it for the features, what have you been up to?
