Welcome to Craft Schooling Sunday, thanks so much for joining me here! As the most solemn day of the year on the Jewish calendar approaches (Monday night) together with the uncertain security and scary times around the world, all I can say is my response is to keep busy with creative projects, and to give back to my community by holding craft classes for grade school children at no cost. And since I won't be traveling anywhere out of the country this year, and traveling in general in the country isn't really advised, I will be delving into lots of creativity with my 19 year old son, who will be home, and with local kids, who will surely welcome the chance to do something they love. I also treated myself to some jewelry gage wire and some patterns to crochet wire fruit for the succah, which I'm looking forward to! Ah yes, that and hopefully delving into Hebrew calligraphy, stay tuned for that! Okay, lets take a look at the features from last week's party!
Love this vintage book paper circles and flowers garland sewn together on a sewing maching, from sum of their stories, so wonderful!
A wonderful knit starfish pillow from Ginx craft (she sells the pattern) seems so perfect right now!
Loving this fun bottlecaps planter from sum of their stories.
Wonderful DIY challah covers made with SVG Cricut files and iron on vinyl, from Jewish Moms and Crafters.
An upcycled jar decoupage candle jar from Steph creates things, and fun ribbon and button flower magnets from try it-like it.
A DIY under the sink skirt from studio 7 by Jennifer Adams, and a pendant make from the end of a vintage silver plate spoon, from the apple street cottage
